Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• Due to hygiene concerns, used soaps are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. How to Request a Return

• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)

We’ll reply within 48 hours with return instructions.

3. Refunds

Once the item is inspected and approved:

• A refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• It may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear.

4. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
